Common Questions

  1. What are your services like?  In a few words, our services are authentic, transparent, relational and practical.  We are always striving to create an environment where people from both churched and unchurched backgrounds can connect to God and others.  We are very intentional about this, but to really answer this question, you have to experience it for yourself!
  2. Where are you located?  We meet at 14633 Industrial Rd which is a storefront next to All-Star Truck Toppers and ESI Communications just west of 144th on Industrial.
  3. Do you plan to have your own building someday?  Not sure.  We believe it’s important for us to prioritize ministry to the community and families, and we do not want to take on large debt just to get into a big building.  We are confident that we can create environments where Real Life Change can take place in a storefront, a living room or a coffee shop.
  4. What denomination is New Creation?  Our church is part of the Assemblies of God fellowship of churches.  We share the core beliefs of the Assemblies and the mission to reach the world for Christ, but as with other Assemblies churches, we have our own unique style and approach to ministry.
  5. What ministries do you have for my kids?  We have Sunday morning ministries for all kids under 12.  Also, our new Children’s Director Amy Kavan is developing fresh environments for ministry with kids such as outreaches to the communities, Kids Camp, VBS and celebration events.  Right now we do not have our own youth ministry but one of our immediate goals is to start youth small groups once God sends the workers.  Until then, K-Life Youth ministries meets in our facility and is a great option for your teens!
  6. What is your worship like?  At New Creation, we have talented musicians and worship leaders who are passionate about their relationship with God.  The music is a good mix of newer worship songs from writers like Chris Tomlin and Matt Maher and familiar hymns and choruses.  Worship is an important aspect of our life changing journey with Christ and thus it is a priority for our church.  We are always looking for more musicians too!
